Addis Ababa - Ethiopian Civil Aviation University has celebrated the graduation of 627 aviation professionals, marking a significant contribution to the nation's burgeoning aviation sector.

According to Ethiopian News Agency (ENA), Vice President of Ethiopian Civil Aviation University, Kasie Yimam, shared details of the graduates at the ceremony, stating, "Today, we proudly acknowledge the success of 627 professional graduates comprising 88 pilots, 125 aircraft maintenance technicians, 150 cabin crew, and 264 customer service agents."

This graduation ceremony represents the second major achievement for the university this year, following the graduation of 1,551 aviation professionals in August 2023. "This celebration marks our second graduation within this fiscal year after July, following a landmark achievement of 1,551 aviation professionals on August 5, 2023," Yimam recalled.

The graduation of these professionals comes at a pivotal time as Ethiopia continues its journey towards becoming a major aviation hub. The skills and expertise of these newly graduated professionals are expected to play a crucial role in realizing the country's aviation aspirations.
