WINDHOEK — The Ministry of Mines and Energy announced Tuesday that fuel prices will remain unchanged for the month of August. This decision comes as a relief to motorists amid fluctuating global oil prices.
According to Namibia Press Agency, the price of petrol will hold steady at N.dollars 22.20 per liter, while diesel will continue to be priced at N.dollars 21.57 for 50 ppm and N.dollars 21.67 for 10 ppm. This stability in fuel prices is attributed to a recent decrease in shipping and freight costs, which has helped offset other rising costs in the oil supply chain.
