According to South African Government News Agency, as of 10:52 am on Saturday, Gauteng leads with the highest regional turnout at 63.72%. This high engagement is followed closely by the Northern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, with turnouts of 62.49% and 61.81%, respectively. The Western Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Eastern Cape, Limpopo, and North West also reported varied voter participation rates.
